REFAMILY / TECHNICAL FIELD GUIDE

Documentation_

From a Pump.fun launch to a signed referral, a qualified trade, and an approved SOL payout. Follow the entire path of a callout.

DOCS / 01

The short version

REFAMILY is an attention and referral layer for tokens launched on Pump.fun. A token creator chooses a referral share. A caller shares a unique callout link. A trader signs a wallet consent message through that link. REFAMILY observes eligible trading activity, assigns qualified volume to the caller, and uses that volume to allocate a share of collected creator fees.

04

The referral is token-specific. A link view alone does not attribute a trader, and a signature does not execute a trade or transfer funds.

ASSET 01

$REFAMILY

The platform utility token. It is not required to launch or trade — launches are unlimited for everyone.

ASSET 02

Creator tokens

Individual Pump.fun tokens launched by creators, each with its own referral percentage and attribution configuration.

RELATION 03

Callouts

A unique caller-to-token link that a trader can explicitly attach to their wallet by signing.

Pump.fun remains the token launch and trading venue. REFAMILY stores token settings, callout relationships and indexed trade records. Solana transaction history is the reference for on-chain activity; dashboard rows are an index, not custody of trader funds.

Launching: who pays what?

Sign in, link a Solana wallet, enter token metadata, choose a referral share, an attribution window and an attribution model, then optionally specify a dev buy. The launch transaction is prepared for your selected wallet to approve. That wallet pays the network and launch costs plus any dev-buy amount. If you buy, the tokens go to that same wallet.

CHAIN

Important distinction: your wallet pays for creation and is recorded as your payout wallet, but REFAMILY’s fee collector is set as the on-chain creator to receive Pump.fun creator fees for subsequent distribution. Creator fees do not automatically land in your wallet.

The dev buy is optional (up to 85 SOL in the current form). Check the wallet prompt and its actual costs before signing. There is no promise of a specific launch cost or token return.

A callout is a referral link

After a token is live, a caller with a linked payout wallet can create a unique token-specific callout. Share its /c/… link anywhere, including X. The landing page displays the token, caller and link activity. REFAMILY records views, clicks and successful wallet connections separately.

VIEW

Discovery

A person opens the link. No wallet is attributed yet.

CLICK

Intent

A person chooses to connect. A click is not a qualifying trade.

CONNECT

Consent

The wallet signs the callout message and creates attribution.

Posting about a token without creating and sharing a REFAMILY callout link does not automatically create a referral. X-post scanning, where available, is separate from wallet attribution.

DOCS / 05

Trader Passport & consent

The trader connects a compatible Solana wallet and signs a message naming that wallet, the callout code and a timestamp. The signature proves wallet control and consents to token-specific attribution. It does not authorize a transaction or move SOL. A Passport number is created for a newly seen wallet; the optional ecosystem opt-in is separate.

02

03

The trader must sign per callout to attach that relationship. They can skip signing and trade without attribution. The signed message is time-limited for submission; the attribution lasts for the token’s configured window.

DOCS / 06

Windows & caller selection

Creators configure when callout relationships expire: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or lifetime. Trades before a signature or after expiry do not credit that callout. If a wallet has multiple active callouts for a token, its model decides where eligible volume goes.

MODEL A

First caller

The earliest active signed callout gets the wallet’s eligible trade credit.

MODEL B

Last caller

The most recent active signed callout gets the wallet’s eligible trade credit.

MODEL C

Split

Credit is divided equally between distinct active callers.

FIG. / seven-day window example
Day 0: signed callout ├──────── active ────────┤ Day 7
Trade before Day 0: no credit · Trade on Day 3: eligible · Trade after Day 7: expired

The current “creator choice” model follows the split rule in the calculation engine. This is attribution of observed activity, not ownership of the trader’s wallet or future trades outside the active window.

DOCS / 07

From volume to qualified volume

REFAMILY syncs token transaction data via Helius and indexes observed buys and sells. Only eligible activity within an active signed attribution contributes to a caller’s payout weight. Raw volume and qualified volume are different metrics.

RuleCurrent treatment
DustTrades under 0.01 SOL excluded.
Rapid round tripsA buy followed by a sell within 10 minutes is excluded.
Self-referralsLinked creator and caller wallets excluded from credit.
Sell weightEligible sells count at 50% of SOL size.
Daily capMaximum 50 qualified SOL per wallet per day.

These filters reduce simple volume gaming; they do not guarantee fraud-free activity. Trade indexing may lag or miss activity if RPC or provider data is incomplete.

How the fee share is calculated

Pump.fun creator fees accrue to the REFAMILY fee collector because it is the on-chain creator for platform launches. The platform claims those fees into the collector wallet. At batch time, the current implementation allocates the pool of unbatched claimed fees across platform tokens in proportion to their tracked trading volume in the batch period; this is an accounting estimate, not a direct per-token fee receipt ledger.

FIG. / Illustrative allocation · not a default rate
CREATOR 60%
CALLERS 20%
20%

Creator: remaining share

Callers: token referral %

Protocol: platform setting

The caller pool is split between callers in proportion to their qualified volume for the token and period. If no caller has qualified volume, the caller pool returns to the creator share. Recipients without a payout wallet and amounts below the configured minimum are marked skipped.

A token’s referral percentage applies to its allocated creator fees, not to each trader’s trade size or to their wallet balance. The protocol rate, payout minimum and operational limits are fixed platform settings.

Payouts run automatically on a schedule: the pipeline syncs trades, claims fees, builds the split and pays everyone in SOL without any manual steps, once unclaimed fees pass the configured threshold. Payouts are still not per-trade — they settle in periodic batches. The fee collector funds the distributor for the pending amount, and the distributor sends SOL to recorded recipient wallets. Batch and daily limits, a pause switch and audit events provide operational safeguards. Partial or failed transfers are retried on the next run.

Custody boundary: REFAMILY never holds trader wallets or signs their trades. The platform does control its fee-collector and distributor wallets; creator-fee payouts depend on those wallets and the operator. The database tracks allocations and statuses, while transactions settle on Solana.

Dashboards, leaderboards & tiers

Token pages and caller views expose callout views, clicks, connected wallets and tracked activity. Dashboards show your launched tokens, callouts, earnings and profile. Leaderboards compare trader counts, volume, call performance and other indexed metrics. These displays are informational and may lag the chain.

Launches are unlimited — there are no tiers or holding requirements. The $REFAMILY utility token is not a claim on platform fees and does not need to pass through referred trades.

Security & current limitations

WALLET SAFETY

Sign only what you understand

Callout consent is a message signature. Launches and any trades are real transactions; inspect wallet prompts carefully.

OPERATIONS

Scheduled settlement

Fee claims and payouts run automatically on a schedule; they depend on configured platform wallets and a funded collector.

DATA

Indexed, not exhaustive

Trade indexing is provider-dependent and currently limited to a finite sync lookback and per-token accounting query.

TESTING

Real SOL unverified

The creator-paid launch and fee payout flow have not been validated end to end with real funds. Start with a small test.

The treasury destination and $REFAMILY mint are platform settings. No earnings, launch outcome, execution time or completeness of detected trades is guaranteed.

Frequently asked questions

Does clicking a callout earn the caller a fee?

No. A trader must sign the callout with their wallet, make eligible trades within the window, and fees must be collected and paid through a batch.

Where do my optional dev-buy tokens go?

To the wallet that signs and pays for token creation.

Can I trade without a Passport?

Yes. The callout page offers a direct Pump.fun link without attribution.

Are referral earnings instant?

No. They depend on qualified activity and settle in scheduled automatic batches of claimed fees, paid on-chain in SOL.

Does REFAMILY read all Pump.fun or X posts as referrals?

No. A REFAMILY token-specific callout link and a trader’s signed wallet message establish referral attribution.
